纤维浓度对聚酰亚胺/芳纶纤维复合海绵隔热吸音性能的影响

摘要 以聚酰亚胺短切纤维和间位芳纶沉析纤维为原料,采用泡沫成形技术制备了聚酰亚胺/芳纶纤维复合海绵,研究了纤维浓度对泡沫浆料特性及复合海绵结构与性能的影响.结果表明,提高纤维成形浓度会降低起泡速率和空气含量,但可有效提高纤维复合海绵的力学强度与吸音系数;当纤维浓度为2 wt%时,复合海绵拥有最佳的导热系数,为39.5 mW/m·K,当纤维浓度增大至5 wt%时,复合海绵的降噪系数由0.38提升至0.63. Polyimide chopped fibers and meta-aramid fibrids were adopted to fabricate polyimide/aramid fiber composite sponges by foam-forming approach,The effect of fiber consistency on the properties of foam slurry,the structure and properties of the composite sponges were studied.The results showed that the increase of fiber forming consistency reduced the foaming rate and air content,but can effectively increase the mechanical strength and sound absorption coefficient of the composite sponge.Specifically,the optimal thermal conductivity can be achieved to 39.5 mW/m·K when the fiber consistency was 2 wt%.In addition,the noise reduction coefficient of the composite sponge increased from 0.38 to 0.63 when the fiber concentration was 5 wt%.
