摘要 本研究的目的在于探究鞋垫硬度对人体姿势稳定性的影响.使用三维测力台采集20名受试者(男女各10人)越过跨栏完成前跳、侧跳动作时的地面反作用力,受试者分别穿着内置四种不同鞋垫(无鞋垫;软质鞋垫,20°Shore C;中等硬度鞋垫:35°Shore C;硬质鞋垫:50°Shore C)的防护靴进行测试,并通过测得的地面反作用力计算动态姿势稳定指数来表征人体的姿势稳定性.采用单因素重复测量方差分析法检验鞋垫硬度对人体在前后、左右和垂直方向及整体的稳定性的影响.结果表明,前跳动作下,硬质鞋垫的侧向稳定指数显著小于无鞋垫(P<0.05),而侧跳动作下,各种鞋垫条件之间的稳定性指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05).因此,鞋垫硬度并不能显著影响前跳和侧跳动作下人体的动态姿势稳定性. The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of insole hardness on human stability.A three-dimensional force plate was used to collect the ground reaction forces of 20 subjects(10 males and 10 females)when crossing the hurdle to complete the forward jump and side jump movements.The subjects wore protective boots with four different insoles(no insoles;soft insoles,20°ShoreC;medium hardness insoles:35°ShoreC;hard insoles:50°ShoreC)for testing,and the dynamic postural stability index was calculated by the ground reaction force to characterize the postural stability of the human body.One-way repeated measures analysis of variance was used to test the effect of insole hardness on human stability in the anteroposterior,medial-lateral and vertical directions.The results showed that the medial-lateral stability index of rigid insoles was significantly lower than that of non-insoles under forward jump(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the stability index between various insoles conditions under side jump movements(P>0.05).Therefore,insole hardness does not significantly affect the dynamic postural stability of the human body under forward and side jump movements.
