摘要 煤炭地下气化(简称ISC)是煤在地下的受控燃烧和气化过程,最终通过煤的热化学作用产生可燃气体。从关键设备到施工工艺详细描述了双水平分支水平连通井技术,并以2019年内蒙古某矿区煤炭地下气化工程为例,分析了此技术所具有的优势。水平连通井是实现煤炭气化的主要方向,该技术的成功实施,不仅丰富了完井井型,而且对煤炭地下气化具有重大意义。 The undergroundcoalgasificationor in-situ coal conversion(ISC)is a process of underground coal controlled combustion and gasification,finally through coal thermochemical action produced combustible gases.The paper has described the dual horizontal branching connected well technology from key equipment to operation technology in detail.Taking an ISC project in an Inner Mongolia coal mining area 2019 as example analyzed predominance the technology has had.Horizontal connected well is the main orientation to realize ISC,the successful implementation of the technology not only has enriched completion well-types,and had significance on underground coal gasification.
