摘要
S集团公司持续推进财务转型,以实现集团公司世界领先发展方略和价值引领战略服务为目标,探索构建战略型集约化财务管控体系并初步实施。目前,财务管控模式转型和财务职能转型等方面已取得一定成效,但仍存在一些亟待解决的难题。结合当前S集团公司财务管理现状进行分析并提出见解,旨在进一步加快财务管理创新体系建设,推动企业财务价值创造力发挥。
S group company continuously promotes financial transformation,with realizing the group's worldleading development strategy and value-leading strategic service as the goal,explores to construct strategic intensive financial control system and carries out preliminary implementation.At present,certain achievements have been made in the aspects such as financial control mode transformation and financial function transformation,but there are still some difficulties urgently needed to be solved.Combining current status of S group company’s financial management,this paper carries out an analysis and puts forward its opinion,aiming to further accelerate financial management innovation system construction,and promote the creativity of corporate financial value.
