摘要
针对塑件内部狭窄空间内侧孔的抽芯问题,提出了采用镶件与斜顶配合成型的方法。以塑料外壳为例,首先将狭窄圆筒从型芯中分割成镶件,以减少型芯的加工难度;采用斜顶对圆筒中的侧方孔成型,针对斜顶向外抽芯时会与塑件发生干涉的情况,将抽芯方向调整为沿圆筒径向向内;然后利用将斜顶机构嵌套在镶件上的方式,解决了斜顶机构在狭小空间的干涉问题。
In view of the core-pulling problem of the inner hole in the narrow space inside the plastic part,the method of combining the insert with the slanting top was put forward.Taking the plastic shell as an example,the narrow cylinder is first divided into inserts from the core to reduce the processing difficulty of the core,and the lifter is used to shape the side holes in the cylinder,aiming at the interference between the lifter and the plastic part when pulling the core outwards,the core-pulling direction is adjusted to be in the radial direction of the cylinder,and then the interference problem of the slanting top mechanism in the narrow space is solved by embedding the slanting top mechanism on the insert.
