木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变患者TSS评分及SOD、Hcy血清水平干预的影响

Effects of Mudan granule combined with lipoic acid injection on TSS score and serum levels of SOD and Hcy in diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients

目的:探究木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的临床效果。方法:选取我院2017年6月~2020年6月86例DPN患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同,分为观察组、对照组,每组43例。对照组给予硫辛酸注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用木丹颗粒治疗。比较两组治疗后临床效果、治疗前后正中神经、腓总神经的感觉传导速度(SCV)、运动传导速度(MCV)、血糖水平、总症状评分(TSS)、血清相关指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组正中神经、腓总神经的SCV、MCV均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组FPG、2hPG水平、TSS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NO、SOD水平均较治疗前升高,观察组高于对照组,两组Hcy水平较治疗前降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:木丹颗粒联合硫辛酸注射液治疗DPN效果显著,可明显提高患者神经传到速度,改善患者血糖水平、症状积分及炎性因子水平,且可降低不良反应发生率。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Mudan granule combined with lipoic acid injection on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Methods:a total of 86 DPN patients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was given lipoic acid injection,and the observation group was treated with mudan granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,median nerve and common peroneal nerve sensory conduction velocity(SCV),motor conduction velocity(MCV),blood sugar levels,total symptom scores(TSS),serum related index and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SCV and MCV of median nerve and common peroneal nerve in both groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FPG,2hPG levels and TSS score were decreased in both groups,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and SOD in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group.The level of Hcy in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0.00% lower than 32.56% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mudan granule combined with lipoic acid injection has a significant effect on DPN,which can significantly increase nerve transmission rate,improve blood glucose level,symptom score and inflammatory factor level of patients,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
