玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的效果和安全性

Efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops in the treatment of dry eyes after cataract surgery

目的:玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的有效性和安全性考察。方法:纳入白内障术后干眼症患者共126例,随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组63例93眼,观察组63例103眼。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗8周,观察组给予玻璃酸钠联合重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗8周。比较两组治疗效果、干眼症状、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌长度(SIt)、角膜荧光染色评分(FL)、泪液炎症因子、视力和眼压,以及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干眼症状评分较治疗前下降,且观察组评分小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组BUT、SIt及FL均较治疗前改善,且观察组BUT和SIt大于对照组,FL小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组泪液白细胞介素(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)水平均较治疗前降低,且观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组视力和眼压均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合rhEGF滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症,疗效优于单独使用玻璃酸钠滴眼液。

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of sodium hyaluronate combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rhEGF)eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 126 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery were included in this study.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.63 patients in control group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for 8 weeks,and 63 patients in observation group were treated with sodium hyaluronate eye drops combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor eye drops for 8 weeks.The treatment effects,dry eye symptoms,tear film rupture time(BUT),tear secretion length(SIt),corneal fluorescence staining score(FL),tear inflammatory factors,visual acuity and intraocular pressure,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of dry eye symptoms in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of BUT,andSIt in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of FL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The Interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α)and interleukin-1β(IL-1β)in tears of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity,intraocular pressure and quality of life of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement was more obvious in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate combined with rhEGF eye drops is better than sodium hyaluronate eye drops alone in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.
