Manufacturing Workmanship for Circular Hollow Steel Truss Bridge

丹江口市沧浪洲生态湿地公园步行桥主桥采用(55+2×90+55)m圆形镂空钢桁架梁桥,横跨汉江,施工难度大,施工工艺复杂,文章主要以圆形镂空钢桁梁加工制作工序为例进行分析,重点介绍钢桁梁制造节段和吊装节段的划分、精度控制压弧制造的不规则异形单元件、节点单面焊双面成型的焊接工艺、发运节段的拼装焊接、现场组焊成圆环、圆环间对接成节段等方法,可用于指导同类钢桥的加工制作,同时也为今后同类型桥梁的施工积累经验,提供借鉴和参考。

The main pedestrian bridge of Canglangzhou Ecological Wetland Park uses a(55+2×90+55)m circular hollow steel truss bridge in Danjiangkou City which crosses the Han River,with great construction difficulty and complex construction process.This paper mainly analyzes the processing and manufacturing process of circular hollow steel truss beam,focusing on the division of manufacturing segments and hoisting segments,irregular special-shaped units with precision control arc control,welding process of single-sided welding and double-sided forming of nodes,assembly and welding of shipping segments,welding into rings on-site and connecting the rings into segments.It can be used to guide the processing and manufacture of similar steel bridges,At the same time,it can also gather experience and provide reference for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
