摘要
高校辅导员已成为职业倦怠的易发和高发人群,普遍存在负面情绪高、工作满意度低等问题,严重影响了工作质量。借助心理契约理论,通过构建良性互动的心理契约模式,搭建多重职业生涯发展平台,提高和履行心理契约的职业承诺,强化激励考评的引导作用,可激发高职院校辅导员的职业责任感和归属感,有效减少和有效干预辅导员的职业倦怠,提升职业能力和工作积极性。
College instructors have become vulnerable to job burnout.Intense negative emotions and low job satisfaction are common problems,which seriously affect their work quality.With the aid of the psychological contract theory,this paper comes up with the idea that by building benign interaction of psychological contract mode and setting up multiple career development platform to improve the professional commitment and performance of the psychological contract,and by strengthen incentive appraisal guide,we can inspire higher vocational college instructors’sense of responsibility and belonging to effectively reduce their job burnout,and motivate them to improve professional skills.
