武汉市高职教育服务地方经济社会发展的现状分析与对策研究

Current Situation Analysis and Countermeasure Research on Wuhan Higher Vocational Education Serving Local Economic and Social Development

近年来,武汉市经济持续发展和产业结构的不断优化升级,对人才总量、质量规格提出了更高要求。针对属地武汉市的37所高职院校,以2020年高等职业院校人才培养状态数据及高等职业教育质量年度报告(2021)中的数据和资料作为样本,进行了综合分析,发现武汉市的高职教育仍是高等教育领域中的薄弱环节,人才培养目标与产业发展实际需求仍有差距,促进地方经济发展潜能有待全面释放。进而提出了武汉市高职教育服务地方经济社会发展的路径:政府层面要加强顶层设计与高层联动,调整院校布局推进职教体系建设;社会层面要形成校企发展命运共同体,提升专业与产业发展匹配度;学校层面要聚焦办学实力提升,服务区域经济发展。

In recent years,the continuous economic development of Wuhan and the continuous optimization and upgrading of industrial structure put forward higher requirements for overall quantity and quality of talents.Based on samples from 37 vocational colleges in Wuhan city in 2020,taking vocational colleges training status data and quality of higher vocational education in vocational colleges in Wuhan city in the annual report(2021)data as samples,the author carried on a comprehensive analysis and discovered that higher vocational education in Wuhan is still a weak link in the field of higher education.There is still a gap between the goal of talent training and actual needs of industrial development,and potential of promoting local economic development needs to be fully released.Moreover,considering from the government level,we need to strengthen top-level design and high-level interaction and adjust the layout of colleges and universities to promote the construction of vocational education system.On social level,we need to form a school-enterprise development community with a shared future and to improve the matching degree of professional and industrial development.And on school level,we need to focus on the improvement of school-running and serve regional economic development.
