地佐辛注射液对全身麻醉苏醒后疼痛度、体征指标影响

Effect of Dezocine Injection on Pain Degree,Physical Signs after Awakening from General Anesthesia

目的:分析地佐辛注射液对全身麻醉苏醒后疼痛度、体征指标的影响。方法:选择2020年3月-2021年3月信宜市人民医院收治手术治疗患者96例。按随机数表将其分为对照组和研究组,各48例。对照组采用常规药物镇痛,研究组采用地佐辛注射液镇痛。对比两组术后6、12、24、48 h的疼痛度,麻醉前及苏醒后的体征指标及不良反应。结果:研究组术后6、12、24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分分别为(5.37±3.15)、(4.21±0.86)、(3.19±0.73)、(3.10±0.52)分,均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组苏醒后收缩压为(134.35±10.04)mmHg,舒张压为(84.51±5.52)mmHg及心率为(73.58±2.53)次/min,均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为4.17%,低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛注射液用于全身麻醉患者当中,能够减轻术后患者疼痛程度,稳定苏醒后血压及心率,有效降低术后不良反应发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effects of Dezocine Injection on pain degree,physical signs after awakening from general anesthesia.Method:From March 2020 to March 2021,a total of 96 patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Xinyi for surgical treatment were selected.They were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table,48 cases in each group.The control group used conventional drugs for analgesia,and the study group used Dezocine Injection for analgesia.The pain degree at 6,12,24 and 48 h after surgery,physical signs before anesthesia and after awakening,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The visual analog scale(VAS)scores of the study group were(5.37±3.15),(4.21±0.86),(3.19±0.73)and(3.10±0.52)points at 6,12,24 and 48 h after surgery respectively,which were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After awakening,systolic blood pressure was(134.35±10.04)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure was(84.51±5.52)mmHg and heart rate was(73.58±2.53)times/min in the study group,which were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 4.17%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Dezocine Injection in general anesthesia patients can reduce postoperative pain degree of patients,stabilize blood pressure and heart rate after awakening,and effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions.
