氨磺必利片在双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者海马体神经修复中的研究进展

Research Progress of Amisulpride Tablets in Hippocampal Nerve Repair in Patients with Bipolar Disorder Depression

近年来随着人们生活节奏的加快及精神压力的日渐增大,各类精神疾病患病人数较往年显著增加,给人们的正常工作生活及社会活动均造成严重影响。双相情感障碍(BD),是一种同时具有躁狂或轻躁狂发作和抑郁发作(典型特征)的精神障碍。任何年龄都有发病的可能。在躁狂发作期间,患者表现出情绪增加、言语活动增加和精力充沛等表现;在抑郁发作期间,患者经常有以下表现:抑郁、快感丧失、言语活动减少和疲劳等。BD作为精神疾病的一种具有致病机制复杂,治疗难度较高的特点。氨磺必利作为第二代抗精神疾病药物在临床治疗BD抑郁发作中获得了较好的效果。近年来,国内外研究人员对氨磺必利的作用机制及相关治疗进行了大量研究与试验。但氨磺必利片在BD抑郁发作患者海马体神经修复中的机制目前仍未完全阐明,氨磺必利片在BD抑郁发作治疗方面的应用尚未探究。本文现就BD抑郁发作及海马体神经元相关概念进行简短介绍,同时探讨氨磺必利片的药理、药动学及临床应用情况,以期为日后临床更好地应用药物治疗疾病,改善患者症状及提高认知能力提供参考依据。

The number of patients with various mental illnesses has significantly increased with the accelerated pace of life and gradually increased mental stress in recent years.Bipolar disorder(BD),which is a mental disorder that has both manic or hypomanic episodes and depressive episodes(typical features).The disease may occur at any age.During manic episode,the patients exhibits increased mood,increased speech activity,and energetic performance.During the onset of depressive episode,the patients often has the following manifestations:depression,loss of pleasure,decreased speech activity,and fatigue.Mental illnesses have posed severe influences on daily lives,working and social activities.As a mental illness with the complicated pathogenesis,BD is featured by the huge challenge in clinical treatment.Amisulpride is the second-generation antipsychotic drug that has achieved acceptable outcomes in clinical treatment of BD.Recently,great efforts have been made on analyzing the mechanism and treatment of Amisulpride in domestic and abroad.However,the mechanism underlying Amisulpride in repairing hippocampal nerves in patients with BD depression has not been fully elucidated,and the application of Amisulpride Tablets in the treatment of BD depression has not been explored.This study briefly introduces the related concepts of BD depression and hippocampal neurons,and explores the pharmacology,pharmacokinetics and clinical application of Amisulpride Tablets,which aims to provide references for the better clinical application of Amisulpride Tablets in the treatment of BD depression by alleviating symptoms and improving cognitive ability in the future.
