萘酚醛席夫碱铜配合物的合成、表征及荧光性质 被引量:3

摘要 采用色胺与2-羟基-1-萘甲醛缩合反应合成萘酚醛席夫碱,通过溶剂扩散法将该萘酚醛席夫碱与二水合氯化铜反应,培养出萘酚醛席夫碱铜金属配合物晶体.对该萘酚醛席夫碱及其铜金属配合物进行核磁共振、红外光谱及X-射线单晶衍射等表征,确定铜配合物结构为两分子萘酚醛席夫碱中酚羟基的氧原子和亚胺基的氮原子与铜离子配位,形成四配位的平面四边形配位几何.测定该化合物和铜金属配合物的紫外和荧光性能,该萘酚醛席夫碱铜配合物的紫外吸收及荧光发射强度均比其配体增强,研究结果为发展萘酚醛席夫碱类铜离子荧光探针提供一定的理论依据. Naphthol aldehyde Schiff base was synthesized by the condensation reaction of tryptamine and 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde.The treatment of 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde with copper chloride dihydrate afforded the copper complex incorporating naphthol aldehyde Schiff base by solvent diffusion method.The naphthol aldehyde Schiff base and its copper complex were characterized by NMR,IR and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The structure of copper complex was that two naphthol Schiff bases coordinated to the copper ion by the imino nitrogen atoms and phenol hydroxyl oxygen atoms to form a quadrilateral coordination geometry.The ultraviolet absorption and fluorescence emission of the ligand and the copper metal complex were measured.The UV absorption intensity and the fluorescence emission intensity of the naphthol aldehyde Schiff base copper complex were stronger than its ligand.This study would provide the theoretical basis for the development of the naphthol aldehyde Schiff base copper ion fluorescent probe.
