乡村振兴背景下的生态宜居评价——以乌当区新场镇为例

Ecological Livable Evaluation Under the Background of Rural Revitalization——Take Xinchang Town of Wudang District for Example

运用模糊层次分析法,构建了以生态价值、美学价值、社会价值、居住条件4个维度16个指标的生态宜居评价体系,对乌当区新场镇13个村开展了生态宜居评价,按照综合评价得分得出评价结果。结果表明:王坝村、新场村、尧上村位居前3位,其他依次为尖坡村、保寨村、永丰村、大岗村、大桥村、杨梅村、可龙村、谷溪村、达古村、大坝村。生态宜居不以社会价值为重心,生产力强的村也未必是生态宜居的理想之地,生态宜居生态和经济必须达到平衡。研究结果可为乡村振兴、美丽乡村建设及可持续发展提供参考。

Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to construct an ecological livable evaluation system with 16 indicators,including ecological value,aesthetic value,social value and living conditions.Ecological livable evalu⁃ation was carried out on 13 villages in Xinchang town of Wudang district,and the evaluation results were obtained ac⁃cording to the comprehensive evaluation scores.The results show that Wangba village,Xinchang village and Yaoshang village rank the top three,followed by Jianpo village,Baozhai village,Yongfeng village,Dagang village,Daqiao village,Yangmei village,Kelong village,Guxi village,Dagu village and Damda village.Ecological livable is not centered on social value,and villages with strong productivity may not be ideal places for ecological livable.Eco⁃logical livable ecology and economy need to be balanced.The evaluation results can provide reference for rural revi⁃talization,beautiful village construction and sustainable development.
