摘要
以白果蒲桃木材为研究对象,利用光学显微镜和电子显微镜对白果蒲桃的解剖特征进行观察和研究。结果表明:白果蒲桃为散孔材,管孔肉眼下可见至明显,管孔类型以单管孔和短径列复管孔为主(通常2~3个),偶见管孔团(3~6个);部分导管内含树胶;管间纹孔互列,偶见梯状纹孔,系附物纹孔;单穿孔,穿孔板倾斜明显。轴向薄壁组织肉眼下不可见,主要为不规则傍管带状,偶见翼状,轴向薄壁细胞偶见菱形结晶。木射线肉眼下不可见,非叠生,射线组织为异Ⅱ及异Ⅰ型,宽1~4列,以3列为主,偶见1列和4列,高11~37细胞,多数高为15~22细胞,单列射线高4~20细胞,射线细胞内含物非常丰富,晶体未见。射线-导管间纹孔式为大圆形。具有环管管胞,胞间道缺如。
Anatomical characteristics of Syzygium album wood was measured and analyzed by optical microscope and electron microscope.The results showed that S.album was diffuse-porous wood and its pores could be seen or slightly seen under naked eyes which were mainly solitary pore(usually 2~3),rarely were vessel cluster;and a por⁃tion of the vessel had gum.Intervessel alternation pitting,occasional ladder holes,attachment pit.And it has simple perforation plate while the plate significantly titled.Axial parenchyma were not visible under the naked eye while mainly of them were paratracheal banded,rarely were aliform paratracheal,occasionally saw diamond crystal.And the wood ray were also not visible under the naked eye;wood ray were non-storied,generally were typeⅡandⅠ,were 1~4 cells wide(mainly 3),and 11~37 cells high(mainly 15~22),uniseriate rays were 4~20 cells high.The inclu⁃sion of ray cell were very rich,no crystal.The pit of ray-vessel was large circle.Vasicentric tracheid was eixisting,while intercellular canal was absent.
