新农科建设中的农业知识产权人才培养路径

Cultivation Path of Agricultural Intellectual Property Talents Under the New Agricultural Science Construction

乡村生态文明建设,乡村新农业发展,农业科技创新发展成为了新农科建设中的农业知识产权人才的现实需求。当前,知识产权创造、运用、保护、管理和服务各环节对人才的需求巨大,但我国农业知识产权人才不仅数量缺乏,高层次人才更是稀缺。为此,依托新农科建设,该研究建构了农业知识产权人才培养的新理念、新体系、新平台、新路径,形成了新农科建设中创造人才、运用人才、管理人才、保护人才、服务人才的人才培养新体系,搭建了农业产、学、研三位一体的实践创新平台,通过不同层次的学历教育、政策知识培训和相关教学科研项目实践共同培养农业知识产权人才。

Rural ecological civilization construction,rural new agriculture development,agricultural science and tech⁃nology innovation development become the practical needs of agricultural intellectual property talents in the construction of new agricultural science and technology.The creation,application,protection,management and service of intel⁃lectual property are in great demand for talents.However,China′s agricultural intellectual property talents are not only in short supply,but also in short supply of highlevel talents.Relying on new agricultural construction,construction of agricultural intellectual property talent cultivation path of new concept,new system,new platform,a new path,new interdisciplinary,applied talent cultivation idea,form the creation of new agricultural construction of agricultural intel⁃lectual property talent,use talent,management talent,to protect personnel,new talent service system,set up agricul⁃tural production,study and research of the trinity practical innovation platform,Through different levels of academic education,policy knowledge training and related teaching and research project practice to achieve the joint training.
