摘要
直齿锥齿轮在通常的机械传动中应用较广,主要传递空间任意两轴的运动和动力,其常规加工方式是利用刨齿机进行展成法加工,加工精度较高,但是调车麻烦,加工效率低,通用性不强。如果采用成型法铣削加工直齿锥齿轮,其加工过程在普通铣床上就可以实现,非常适合在没有专用设备的情况下加工直齿锥齿轮,尤其是对小模数直齿锥齿轮的加工更精确,有很强的通用性。在此基础之上,简述了在通用型数控机床上利用成型法铣削直齿锥齿轮的几种方式,通过对传统铣削方式的数控化改造,在提高小模数锥齿轮铣削精度及效率的同时,也扩宽了通用型数控机床的加工能力,提高了设备的利用率。
The straight bevel gear was widely used in the general mechanical transmission,which mainly transmitted the motion and power of any two axes in the space.Its conventional machining method was to use the gear planer for generating method machining,which had high machining accuracy,but the shunting was troublesome,the machining efficiency was low and the universality was weak.If the forming method was used to mill the straight bevel gear,the machining process could be realized on the ordinary milling machine,so it was very suitable for machining the straight bevel gear without the special equipment,especially for the machining of micron gear.On this basis,it was briefly described that several ways of milling straight bevel gears by forming method on general NC machine tools.Through the NC transformation with traditional milling methods,it could not only improve the precision and efficiency of micron gear milling,but also widen the machining capacity of general NC machine tools including improving the utilization of equipment.
