多弯超长SF_(6)铜配管内腔洁净度提升研究

摘要 高压开关使用的SF_(6)铜配管具有外形复杂、形状多弯超长、管径细小等特点,采用一般清洗工艺铜管容易憋气,内壁氧化皮及液体残留物不易被清洗,导致残留物进一步腐蚀铜配管,产生疏松夹层等弊端,通过试错法提出了一种新清洗工艺方案。该清洗方案改变了传统铜配管在酸、碱池中的放置方式,由原来水平放置改为高程差放置,使得清洗液能排净管中残留气体,不会形成憋气,无残留、无死角,清洗后再用高压水进行冲洗,能把清洗液冲洗干净。对比前后清洗效果,原清洗工艺内表面存在黑色氧化皮,局部存在疏松夹层;而改进后清洗方案配管内壁没有夹层,内表面呈现金属光泽,洁净度远远优于原清洗工艺,避免了铜配管内壁异物产生、混入及残留,提高了内壁洁净度,解决了因铜配管异物导致的GIS产品放电问题。 SF_(6) copper pipe used by high-voltage switch had characteristics of complicated shape,anfractuous and overlong form,tiny pipe diameter and so on,the copper pipe was easy to occur labored breathing,inner scale cinder,and liquid residue with normal cleaning process,so as to lead to difficult cleaning,even farther corroding copper pipe and loose sandwich.A kind of new cleaning process scheme was presented through trial-and-error method,which changed the way of traditional copper pipe in acid and alkali pool from horizontal arrangement to difference of elevation arrangement,so as to leaner evacuating the gas in pipes,and it would not occur labored breathing,vestigital and dead angle,and the leaner could be cleaned with high pressure water after cleaning.The results of traditional and improved cleaning method showed that,the traditional cleaning process had the problems like black scale cinder in internal surface and partial loose sandwich,but the improved cleaning scheme had no sandwich in pipes inner wall,the internal surface showed metal luster,cleanliness was much better than that of the traditional cleaning process,which avoided foreign body generating in copper inner wall,interfuse,and vestigital,so as to improve the cleanliness of inner wall,and solve the problem of GIS production discharging caused by copper pipes foreign body.
