摘要
起落架油针作为半主动控制系统的关键零部件,尺寸精度高,加工难度大,其质量的符合性直接关系到起落架着陆接地的平稳性。在对某型号起落架油针径向油槽采用加工中心T型刀侧向对称铣削试加工时,试件无法满足对称度要求,为降低切削应力影响,选定高精度S45数控坐标磨床进行轮廓铣削加工,其自动计算余量运动轨迹功能可以较好地控制切削进给,保证工件尺寸公差。S45数控坐标磨床可应用CAM软件实现径向油槽轮廓的轨迹编程,经试件验证零件尺寸合格。为高效使用设备功能,对坐标磨床的孔、轮廓铣削原理进行了详细阐述。技术人员可以根据数控代码差异自行定制后处理。坐标磨床相关知识的讲解及油针工艺方案的改进,对其功能拓展起到了抛砖引玉的作用。
As a key part of semi-active control system,the landing gear oil needle had characteristics of high dimensional precision and difficult machining,and its quality conformity was directly related to the stability of landing gear grounding.A type of the gear oil needle radial groove of a landing was lateral symmetry try milled with machining center T blade,the test specimen could not meet the requirements.In order to reduce the cutting stress influence,the high-precision CNC coordinate grinding machine that was S45 type contour,was selected for milling contour,its function of automatically calculate the allowance trajectory could better control the cutting feed,and ensure the workpiece size tolerance.The S45 CNC coordinate grinding machine could use CAM software to realize radial oil groove contour trajectory programming,the size of parts were qualified after test specimen verification.In order to use the equipment function efficiently,the principle of holes and contour milling of coordinate mill was described in details.Technical personnel could handle post-processing according to the difference of NC code.Coordinate grinding machine related knowledge explanation and the improvement of oil needle process plan played a role to its function expansion.
