摘要
为了给传动系统提供一种高性价比的智能化解决方案,对离合器操纵系统进行研究。在兼顾车辆燃油经济性和动力性的条件下,通过模拟熟练驾驶人操纵离合器踏板的自适应系统的研究,不改变原车离合器结构,利用自动控制的操纵机构替代离合器踏板,提出了一种基于OBD的自动离合器系统。通过换挡意图传感器、挡位传感器识别换挡意图和挡位目标,参考CAN总线的车辆工况信号,输出PWM信号指令操纵机构驱动离合器分离、再接合。驾驶人自主选择换挡时机,不必收起油门踏板,操纵换挡手柄直接换入目标挡位,模拟优秀驾驶人的离合器操纵规律,保证爬行、起步、加速升挡、减速降挡等工况运行顺畅的同时紧急制动不熄火。与发动机管理系统(EMS)协同通信,减少离合器滑磨,平均节油超过3%,配合手动换挡变速器传动效率高达97%。具备重复定位准确、制造成本低、维修简便等特点。实现了低耗智能离合、舒适手动换挡,换挡时机完全体现驾驶人的自主意识,避免了换挡期间动力中断可能产生的安全隐患,完全解放驾驶人操纵离合器的左脚,解决了手动挡车型频繁脚踩离合带来的疲劳,让驾驶人舒畅地享手动换挡的乐趣。
In order to provide a cost-effective intelligent solution for transmission system,the clutch control system was studied.Under the condition of taking into account both the fuel economy and power performance of the vehicle,an automatic clutch system based on OBD was proposed by simulating the adaptive system of the clutch pedal operated by a skilled driver,and without changing the original clutch structure,and using an automatic control mechanism to replace the clutch pedal.Through gear-shift intention sensor,gear sensor recognized gear-shifting intention and the gear target,and referred to vehicle the working condition signal of CAN bus,sent PWM signals to drive the actuator to disengage and engage the clutch.The driver chose gear-shift time independently without needing to uplift accelerator pedal,the shift knob was put into the target gear,it simulated the clutch operating rule of the excellent driver,which could ensure emergency braking without flame-out meanwhile guaranteeing running smoothly under the working condition of creeping,starting,accelerating up-shift,slowing down-shift and so on.Through cooperative communication with EMS,reducing slipping friction of the clutch,the average oil saving reached to 3%,and the transmission efficiency reached to 97%accompanied with manually shifted transmission.It had the characteristic of accurate resetting,low manufacturing costs,convenient maintenance and so on.It realized intelligent clutch with low-energy,comfortable manual shift,gear shifting moment showing the driver’s intention,and avoided potential risk caused by power failure during gear shift.The system completely freed the left foot of the driver during operating the clutch,solved the fatigue caused by frequently trampling the clutch of manual shift gear vehicle,which made the driver feel good of using the manual shift gear.
