从新型冠状病毒肺炎防治探讨中医疫病研究的关键问题

Discussion on Key Issues in Study of TCM Epidemic Diseases from COVID-19 Prevention and Treatment

中医学围绕辨治理论、诊疗模式、专方专药、适宜技术、防治方案、药效机制、疗效评价、风险预测、特殊人群、病因病机、治则治法、证候特征等,开展了大量防治COVID-19的理论探讨、临床实践及实证研究,为世界疫情防控贡献了中医智慧及力量。通过系统回顾中医药防治COVID-19研究现状,明确了中医药防治疫病的理论特色及治疗优势,进而提出了未来中医疫病研究的重点领域及关键问题,以期启迪中医疫病研究思路及方法。

Traditional Chinese medicine has carried out a large number of theoretical discussion,clinical practice and empirical research on the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 around the syndrome differentiation and treatment theory,diagnosis and treatment mode,special prescriptions and drugs,appropriate technology,prevention and treatment scheme,efficacy mechanism,curative effect evaluation,risk prediction,special population,etiology and pathogenesis,treatment principles and methods,syndrome characteristics,etc.,which has contributed the wisdom and strength of traditional Chinese medicine to the prevention and control of epidemic diseases in the world.By systematically reviewing the research status of COVID-19 in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper defines the theoretical characteristics and treatment advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,and then puts forward the key fields and key problems of traditional Chinese medicine epidemic disease research in the future,in order to enlighten the research ideas and methods of traditional Chinese medicine epidemic diseases.
