《千金方》求子篇治疗特点浅析

Analysis on Treatment Characteristics of Qiuzi chapter in Qian Jin Fang

分析《千金方》求子篇的十五个方剂的组方特点,方剂多以破血通经、补肾温阳、清利下焦湿热、滋养阴液、燥湿杀虫为主要特点,或佐以大补元气,或佐以疏肝解郁,或佐以补气安神,或佐以通络散结。方剂多以仲景方剂如四逆汤、茯苓四逆汤、附子理中丸、吴茱萸汤、桃核承气汤、抵挡汤、桂枝汤(桂枝换桂心)、黄芪建中汤、大建中汤等以及玉屏风散、四物汤(熟地换生地)、八珍汤等经典名方为基础加减,对仲景方的灵活运用值得我们学习。活血破血常多种虫类药虻虫、水蛭、鼠妇、蛴螬与大剂活血药合用,温肾壮阳附子、乌头、鹿茸同用;补益元气人参、黄芪同用;清利下焦湿热时常配伍紫菀、辛夷宣肺气,促膀胱气化;另外,大黄、朴硝活血逐秽,附子、半夏和附子、白蔹等相反药物配伍也对临床有借鉴意义。

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the 15 prescriptions of Qiuzi chapter in Qian Jin Fang.Most of the prescriptions are characterized by breaking blood and dredging meridians,tonifying kidney and warming Yang,clearing lower Jiao dampness and heat,nourishing Yin fluid,drying dampness and killing insects,or supplemented with tonifying vital energy,soothing liver and relieving depression,tonifying Qi and calming nerves,or dredging collaterals and dispersing knots.The prescriptions are mostly based on Zhongjing prescriptions such as Sini decoction,Fuling Sini decoction,Fuzi Lizhong pill,Wuzhuyu decoction,Taohe Chengqi decoction,Didang decoction,Guizhi Decoction(Guizhi for Guixin),Huangqi Jianzhong decoction,Dajianzhong decoction,Yupingfeng powder,Siwu decoction(prepared rhizome of rehmannia for raw rhizome of rehmannia),Bazhen decoction and other classic prescriptions.The flexible application of Zhongjing prescription is worth learning.Many kinds of insect drugs such as Gadfly,Leech,Shufu and Grub are often used together with large doses of blood activating drugs,while Aconite,Aconite and Pilose antler are used together to warm the kidney and strengthen Yang;Tonifying vitality Ginseng and Astragalus membranaceus are used together;Clearing away damp heat from the lower Jiao,often combined with Aster and Magnolia to promote lung Qi and bladder Qi transformation;In addition,Rhubarb,Puerarin can promote blood circulation and expel turbidity,and the compatibility of Aconite,Pinellia ternata with Aconite and Cayratia japonica can also be used for reference in clinic.
