基于SciVal的高校科研生产力评价及提升策略——以浙江工业大学为例 被引量:4

摘要 利用爱思唯尔(Elsevier)的SciVal科研管理分析平台,以浙江工业大学为例,分别从科研产出数量、质量、影响力、科研合作方式以及学科发展态势5个维度对高校以文献为主的科研生产力进行评价分析。选取了国内6所工业类大学、132所“双一流”大学以及9所C9联盟大学作为对照样本群,对发文量、篇均被引频次、前10%高被引文献比、归一化影响因子(Field-weighted citation impact,FWCI)及科研合作等指标进行趋势对比和横向比较,以发现浙江工业大学的科研优势及不足。结果表明:在过去的15年里,浙江工业大学的科研产出数量、质量和影响力整体呈现上升趋势;国际和国内层面的科研合作不断加强,国际合作对应的论文质量和影响力相对更高;通过分析学科领域的科研产出数量和影响力,可将学科划分为优势学科、中间学科和扶持学科进行分层分类管理。研究结果可为高校科研生产力的定量评价提供思路。 By using SciVal,a scientific research management and analysis platform from Elsevier,we evaluated and analyzed the scientific research productivity of colleges and universities.Taking Zhejiang University of Technology(ZJUT)as an example,we mainly focused on five indexes:the quantity,quality and influence of scientific research output,the modes of research cooperation,and the trend of discipline development.6 domestic industrial,132“double first-class”,and 9 C9 alliance universities were selected for comparison to explore the scientific research strength and weakness of ZJUT,according to the quantity of publications,the cited frequency per publication,the ratio of top 10%highly cited publications,the field-weighted citation impact(FWCI)as well as the scientific research cooperation.The results showed that the quantity,quality and scientific research impact of ZJUT showed an overall upward trend over the last 15 years;the international and domestic collaboration have been continuously strengthened.The quality and influence of publications from international collaboration were relatively higher than domestic.By analyzing the quantity and impact,it suggested that the disciplines of ZJUT can be classified into superior subjects,intermediate and supporting subjects for future management.We believed our study could provide new ideas for quantitatively evaluating the scientific research productivity of colleges and universities.
