摘要
山东二七一教育集团采取由集团统一推动,集团各校协同发展的共生模式,大部分集团校带动了所在区域的教育理念和教育质量的提高。区域教育生态的差异、集团各校缺少个性化、跨区域人力资源配置、教师队伍缺少骨干教师等问题影响了集团英语学科教师的培训和发展。创建学科工作室,打造学习共同体;提倡基于相同办学理念的差异化发展;优化岗位配置和奖励机制;分层次设计系列教师培训活动等实施路径是实现集团化办学背景下教师培训与教师发展的有效措施。
Shandong 271 Education Group adopts the model of promotion by the group and coordinated development of all the schools in the group.Most of the group schools have promoted the education idea and the education quality in their regions.However,the problems of regional education ecology,lack of individuation in the group schools,trans-regional human resources allocation,and the shortage of key teachers have affected the training and development of English teachers.To create a learning community,to promote differentiated development based on the same school philosophy,to optimize post allocation and reward mechanism and to design a series of teaching and research training activities can promote the teacher training and development in the context of group-based school running.
