摘要
协同发展智慧城市与智能网联汽车,是“十四五”乃至今后一个时期城市建设的重要工作。智能网联汽车运行于城市中,需要智慧基础设施支撑,并影响街道空间营造。清华大学跨学科未来城市研究提出未来城市街道空间愿景,推动未来城市从实验走向现实场景,并提出推进城、车、网相独立的传统产业体系(即城建产业、汽车产业、信息技术产业)升级为现代产业体系(即新型基础设施、新能源汽车、互联网-大数据-人工智能)以及智慧城市体系(即智能化市政基础设施、智能网联汽车、城市信息模型),形成一条车城网协同的未来城市建设路径。
The coordinated development of Smart City and Intelligent Connected Vehicles(ICVs)has become a critical part of urban development under the 14th Five-Year Plan.The operation of ICVs,which would have significant impacts on placemaking on streets,need the support of the well-developed smart infrastructure in the city.Conducted by the Tsinghua-Toyota Joint Research Institute,this cross-disciplinary research proposes a future vision of street space and promote future city projects from experiment to implementation in real life.The research suggests transforming the traditional industrial systems where city,vehicles,and network operate independently(urban construction industry,automobile industry,information technology industry)to modern industrial systems(new infrastructure,new energy automobile industry,internet-big data-artificial intelligence(AI))and smart city systems(smart city infrastructure,ICVs,urban informatics models),and form a pathway of future city development with the synergy between city,vehicles,and networks.
