西部城市新能源汽车充电桩建设现状及建议

Current Situation and Suggestions of New Energy Vehicle Charging Pile Construction in Western Cities

“十四五”是经济发展追赶超越的关键时期,将进一步促进电动汽车及充电市场的繁荣发展。目前我国正处于转型发展的关键时期,在“新基建”的推动下,新能源汽车充电桩的建设将迎来空前的发展机遇。本文首先通过统计、分析西部城市某辖区新能源汽车充电桩建设现状,总结出当前存在的五点问题,进而提出六点有效建议:快慢充结合;优化充电基础设施布局;智慧平台APP建设;充电设施安全与保险;人才与创新;宣传与引导。以期对西部省市新能源汽车发展及城市规划布局提供一定经验和借鉴。

The"14th Five-year Plan"is a critical period for economic transformation and development in China,which will further promote the prosperous development of electric vehicles and charging market.Driven by"New Infrastructure",the construction of charging piles for new energy vehicles will usher in unprecedented development opportunities.This paper summarizes five problems based on the statistics and analysis on the current situation of new energy vehicle charging pile construction in a district of western city and puts forward six suggestions:setting up the combination of fast and slow charging;optimizing the layout of charging infrastructure;building smart platform APP construction;achieving safety and insurance of charging facilities;receiving talents and innovation;strengthening publicity and guidance,so as to provide reference for the development of new energy vehicles and urban planning in western provinces and cities.
