犬螨虫性皮肤病组方用药规律的古代文献研究

Literature review on the prescription of canine mite skin disease

目的:分析古代治疗犬螨虫性皮肤病的文献,探讨古代文献中治疗犬螨虫性皮肤病的方剂组方特点和药物的配伍规律,推论与之相应的病因病机和辨证论治规律。以期继承和发展古代的研究成果,为今后犬螨虫性皮肤病治疗方案的建立和研究提供较为明确的药物和方剂,以便更好的为临床服务。方法:线上线下搜集有关于犬螨虫性皮肤病的方剂,将中医中华医典数据库有关于犬螨虫性皮肤病的方剂繁杂信息进行整理汇总。依据“十三五”国家教材规划中的《中药学》、《中药大辞典》和《本草纲目》等线上线下书籍所载标准采用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行药物分析整理,分析古方用药规律。结果:线下采集共得35首,将所收集方剂整理汇总,删除重复者共得方剂11首;线上共计收集92首有效方剂,删除与线下重复者共得方剂85首,涉及到148味药物。录入SPSS 22.0统计软件进行药物分析整理,其中重复出现药物较少,使用频次超过5次的有35味药,使用频次最高的前三味是雄黄、甘草、荆芥。药性温平最多,出现频率为37.5%。结论:从古籍方剂数据挖掘得到的用药规律结果显示,犬螨虫性皮肤病的中医药治疗方法以杀虫止痒、温中止痛药物为主,并配以清热燥湿、健脾益气药。

Objective:This study aimed to analyze the literature of dog mite skin disease treatment,explore its diagnosis and treatment,formula characteristics,and drug prescriptions,as well as its compatibility with legal inference and etiology,pathogenesis,and syndrome differentiation to establish treatment and provide more specific drugs and prescriptions.Materials and Methods:Prescriptions on dog mite sex skin disease were collected online from the Chinese medical database of traditional Chinese medicine for dog mite sex skin disease.Multifarious information was summarized following the national textbooks with much starker choices and graver consequences in planning the Chinese medical material,such as the Chinese medicine dictionary and compendium of medical material,such as online books.Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences(SPSS)22.0 statistical software,including drugs and Cuba drug laws.Results:A total of 35 prescriptions were collected offline.The collected prescriptions were sorted and summarized,and 11 prescriptions were excluded.A total of 92 prescriptions were collected online.A total of 85 prescriptions,involving 148 flavors were analyzed.Drugs were less likely repeated,35 herbs were used more than five times,and the top three realgar licorice fine leaf schizonepeta herb medicinal WenPing was mostly used with a frequency of 37.5%.Conclusion:According to the data of the ancient book prescription,the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of canine mite skin disease is mainly insecticidal,antipruritic,and antipruritic combined with heat,dampness,spleen,and qi.
