摘要
文章以苏州市轨道交通2号线及延伸线为工程背景,重点阐述了古城区富水粉细砂地层盾构穿越建筑群成套技术、盾构直接切削大直径钢筋混凝土群桩成套技术、"带箱式转换巨型框支柱-剪力墙"新型结构、数字化车辆检修平台、城市轨道交通工程快速铺轨成套技术等。项目建设期间科技创新成果丰硕,并成功入选2021年第十九届中国土木工程詹天佑奖。
Taking Suzhou rail transit Line 2 with its extension line as the engineering background,the paper focuses on the series technology of shield tunneling through buildings in the water-rich silt formation in the ancient city,the series technology of shield directly cutting large-diameter reinforced concrete piles,the new structure of "Huge frame pillars-Shear wall with Cabinet conversion layer",the digital vehicle maintenance platform,and the series technology of fast track laying. The project has achieved fruitful scientific and technological innovation results during the construction period,and it was successfully selected for the 19 th Tien-yow Jeme Civil Engineering Prize in 2021.
