摘要
月亮湾广场为超限高层建筑,采用框架-剪力墙结构体系。结构存在扭转和凹凸不规则、楼板不连续、楼板错层、竖向体型收进、竖向构件不连续、局部穿层柱和斜柱等不规则项。通过结构布置、小震反应谱和弹性时程分析、大震弹塑性时程分析以及重点部位的抗震性能化设计,对结构进行分析和研究,保证结构的安全性和经济性。
Moon Bay Plaza is a high-rise building with frame-shear wall structure.Several irregular aspects exist in this building, such as irregular torsion, concave-convex structure plan, discontinuous and staggered floor, sharply change on vertical shape, discontinuous columns, cross-floor columns, and oblique columns.The structure security and economy are ensured through analysis and study on structure arrangement,response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis of small earthquake, elastic-plastic time-history analysis of rare earthquake, and performance-based seismic design on key components.
