摘要
近年来,部分检测机构对规范条款过度解读,导致钢筋搭接焊接头试验结果存在判定过严的问题,文章以钢筋焊接规范内容为理论依据,结合实际试验检测情况,阐述了钢筋接头常见的断裂形式,分析了分歧产生的原因和带来的影响。通过具体的工程案例,对焊接接头脆断的原因进行分析、试验,找出了脆断产生的原因,同时提出了钢筋焊接工程中的质量管理要求和建议。文章不仅对检测机构试验人员正确理解钢筋焊接规范具有一定的参考意义,同时对施工单位质量管理人员做好焊接施工质量管理也有一定的指导作用。
In recent years, some inspection institutions have interpreted the transitional provisions of the code,resulting in the problem of too strict judgment on the test results of steel bar lap welded joints. Based on the content of steel bar welding code and combined with the actual test and detection, this paper expounds the common fracture forms of steel bar joints, and analyzes the causes and effects of differences. Then, through specific engineering cases, the causes of brittle fracture of welded joints are analyzed and tested, the causes of brittle fracture are found out, and the quality management requirements and suggestions in reinforcement welding engineering are given. This paper not only has a certain reference significance for the testing personnel of the testing organization to correctly understand the specific reinforcement welding specifications, but also has a certain guiding significance for the quality management personnel of the construction unit to do a good job in the welding construction quality management.
