顶管技术在南通地铁洪江路站富水砂层中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 顶管法在城市轨道交通建设过程中得到广泛应用,相较于明挖法施工可有效解决市政密集浅埋管线迁改、市政主干道交通疏解畅通等市政难题,综合考虑市政建构筑物迁改费用及环境保护,顶管法日益成为地下工程建设高效、安全、经济、智能、绿色的代名词。文章以南通城市轨道交通1号线洪江路站为背景,借鉴国内已有过街顶管建设经验,对顶管穿越富水砂层土层顶推力、后座反力等进行计算。结合项目周边环境风险,设计同步注浆与土体加固措施。项目实施过程有效控制了地表沉降,解决了复杂市政环境下地铁过街通道建设难题,可为今后城市地铁顶管法过街通道工程建设提供借鉴。 Pipe jacking method is widely used in the process of urban subway construction, compared with open cut construction method can effectively solve the relocation of concentrated shallow buried municipal pipelines and the municipal main road traffic organization dredge unblocked municipal problems, comprehensive consideration will be given to relocation and renovation expenses of municipal construction structures and environmental protection,pipe jacking method has increasingly become the synonym of efficient, safe,economical, intelligent and green in underground engineering construction. This paper takes Hongjiang Road Station of Nantong Metro line 1 as the background, learns from the existing domestic experience in the construction of pipe jacking across the street, the thrust force and back reaction force of pipe jacking through water-rich sand layer are calculated. Combined with the surrounding environmental risk of the project,synchronous grouting and soil reinforcement measures are designed. The implementation process of the project effectively controls the surface settlement, solves the construction problem of subway crossing channel under the complex municipal environment, and provides reference for the construction of subway crossing channel by pipe jacking method in the future.
