富水砂层条件下矩形顶管过街通道施工技术优化

摘要 矩形顶管技术发展于大直径圆形顶管,具有减小隧道埋深和提高地下空间利用率等优点。将矩形顶管技术应用于城市主干道、过街通道中,可有效降低施工对交通和管线改迁的影响。文章通过对某地区矩形顶管过街通道施工技术进行总结,结合该地区富水砂层特殊地质,进一步优化了矩形顶管施工技术,探索出成熟的施工经验,旨在提供借鉴和参考。 Rectangular pipe jacking technology, developed from large diameter circular pipe jacking, has the advantages of reducing the buried depth of tunnel and improving the utilization rate of underground space.Applying the rectangular pipe jacking technology to the urban main road and crossing passage can effectively reduce the influence of construction on traffic and pipeline relocation. In this paper, the construction technology of rectangular pipe jacking across the street in a certain area is summarized, and combined with the special geology of the water-rich sand layer in this area. The construction technology of rectangular pipe jacking is further optimized, and the mature construction experience is explored to provide a reference.
