摘要 文章结合建设工程消防审验特点,研制一套基于信息化技术的建设工程智慧消防验收系统。该系统为消防验收人员在现场验收场景下配置电子手账记录、智能处理数据、远程整改交互、风险评估提醒等功能模块,具备运行维护保障体系、标准化体系、信息安全保障体系等特点,可推动现场验收和备案抽查标准化、规范化、可视化和智能化。并以南京市建设工程消防审验为例,该系统应用每年可辅助1 000多个建设工程项目2 000万m2消防审验工作,节约44%行政资源,可有效提升服务质量,增加社会效益和经济效益。 Since the reform of fire law enforcement of construction projects, local housing and construction departments have refined the corresponding fire acceptance management methods in combination with the characteristics of fire inspection of construction projects in their region. Combined with the characteristics of fire inspection of construction projects, this paper develops a set of intelligent fire inspection system of construction projects based on information technology. The system configures functional modules such as electronic manual account record, intelligent data processing, remote rectification interaction and risk assessment reminder for fire acceptance personnel in the scene of on-site acceptance. It has the characteristics of operation and maintenance guarantee system, standardization system and information security guarantee system, and can promote the standardization, standardization, visualization and intelligence of on-site acceptance and record random inspection. Taking the fire inspection of construction projects in Nanjing as an example, the application of the system can assist more than 1000 construction projects with 20 million square meters of fire inspection every year, save 44% administrative resources, effectively improve service quality and increase social and economic benefits.
