新建地方师范类本科院校课程思政建设行动研究——以长沙师范学院为例

摘要 课程思政建设是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要保障。作为一所新建地方师范类院校,为有效推进课程思政建设工作,长沙师范学院开展了为期4年的行动研究。通过加强组织领导、深化课程改革、培育教师榜样、传承红色基因等具体行动计划,学校课程思政建设取得了一定成效:门门课程有思政,课程思政改革氛围浓郁;与思政理论课同向同行,充分发挥示范引领作用;教师榜样不断涌现,育人意识与能力提升;赓续学校红色血脉,课程思政特色鲜明。但仍然存在以下问题:部分教师课程思政实施中还存在“两张皮”现象;部分教师深度挖掘课程思政元素的能力、将思政元素有机融入课堂教学的技巧、本身思想政治底蕴还不能完全满足课程思政有效实施的需要;课程思政建设评价机制还有待摸索。在下一轮行动研究中,学校应从上述方面着力,促进课程思政建设。 The construction of ideological and political curriculum is an important guarantee for universities to implement the fundamental task of moral education.As a newly established local normal university,Changsha Normal University has carried out a 4-year action research in order to effectively develop its ideological and political courses.Through strengthening the organization and leadership,deepening the curiculum reform,cultivating teachers'role models,inheriting the red gene and other specific plans,the university witnessed certain results in ideological and political curriculums.All of its courses is connected with ideology and politics,immersing in a reform atmosphere.The courses,together with ideological and political theory curiculum,fully play their leading roles;Teachers'role models continue to emerge,improving their awareness and ability of cultivating people;The university's red gene is inberited and its ideological and political curiculum is special.However,there are some problems:some teachers serve as a“double dealer”in their ideological and political curriculums;Some teachers are still weak in deeply exploring the ideological and political elements from the curriculum,organically integrating the elements into teaching,and having enough ideological and political deposits to implement the curriculum;The evaluation mechanism of the courses is expected to be explored.In the next round of action research,the university should focus on the above aspects to promote its ideological and political curriculum.
