摘要
简述了超声波妇科治疗仪的基本工作原理、工作模式及试验方法,基于电磁兼容检验中传导发射和辐射发射试验及超标情况,从整改的视角分析了超声波妇科治疗仪发射试验失败的原因,并采取了屏蔽臭氧发生器、冲洗泵的外壳接地且增加吸收式滤波电路等整改措施,整改后传导发射和辐射发射测试结果满足GB 4824-2019规定中1组B类设备的限值要求。最后总结了抑制超声波妇科治疗仪发射水平的屏蔽、接地和滤波三大电磁兼容整改措施,供检验机构和生产企业等相关技术人员参考。
The basic working principle,working mode and test method of the ultrasonic gynecological therapeutic apparatus are briefly described.Based on the conduction emission and radiation emission test and the exceeding conditions in the electromagnetic compatibility inspection,the failure of the conduction emission and radiation emission test of the ultrasonic gynecological therapeutic apparatus is analyzed from the perspective of rectification.Rectification measures such as shielding the ozone generator,grounding the casing of the flushing pump,and adding an absorption filter circuit.After the rectification,the conducted emission and radiated emission test results meet the limits of Group 1 Class B equipment in GB 4824-2019.Finally,the three major electromagnetic compatibility rectification measures for suppressing the emission level of the ultrasonic gynecological therapeutic apparatus are summarized for the reference of related technical personnel such as inspection institutions and manufacturing enterprises.
