音乐运动疗法辅以现代康复疗法对脑卒中恢复期患者临床疗效的影响

Effect of music motor therapy combined with modern rehabilitation therapy on clinical effect of convalescent patients with cerebral apoplexy

目的:探讨用音乐运动疗法辅以现代康复疗法对脑卒中恢复期患者进行治疗的效果。方法:选取广西壮族自治区荣誉军人康复医院收治的120例脑卒中恢复期患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为A组、B组、C组、D组。用中医传统康复疗法对A组患者进行治疗,用音乐运动疗法+中医传统康复疗法对B组患者进行治疗,用现代康复疗法对C组患者进行治疗,用音乐运动疗法辅以现代康复疗法对D组患者进行治疗,然后比较四组患者的疗效及各项临床指标。结果:D组患者治疗的总有效率高于C组、B组、A组患者,治疗后其Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定表(FMA)的评分、Holden功能性步行量表(FAC)的评分和日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)的评分均高于C组、B组、A组患者,其改良Ashworth量表(MAS)的评分、临床神经功能缺损程度量表(NDS)的评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)的评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分均低于C组、B组、A组患者,P<0.05。结论:用音乐运动疗法辅以现代康复疗法对脑卒中恢复期患者进行治疗的效果显著,能有效减轻其神经功能损伤,改善其肌肉痉挛的状态、肢体的运动功能、步行功能及心理状态,提高其日常生活活动能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of music motor therapy combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of convalescent patients with stroke.Methods:120 cases of convalescent stroke patients treated in Guangxi Honorary Soldier Rehabilitation Hospital were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C and group D.With traditional Chinese medicine and rehabilitation therapy to treat patients of group A with music movement therapy+traditional rehabilitation therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of group B patients,with modern rehabilitation therapy to treat patients of group C with music movement therapy with modern rehabilitation therapy to treat patients with group D,then compared the curative effect of four groups of patients and the clinical indexes.Results:The total effective rate of group D was higher than that of group C,GROUP B and group A,and the fuGL-Meyer Motor Function Scale(FMA)score,Holden Functional Walking Scale(FAC)score and activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)score of group C,group B and Group A were all higher after treatment.The scores of modified Ashworth Scale(MAS),Clinical Neurological Impairment Scale(NDS),self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and selfrating depression Scale(SDS)were all lower than those of group C,GROUP B and group A,P<0.05.Conclusion:Music motor therapy combined with modern rehabilitation therapy has a significant effect on the treatment of patients in the convalescent stage of cerebral apoplexy,which can effectively reduce the neurological damage,improve the state of muscle spasm,limb motor function,walking function and psychological state,and improve the ability of da ily living activities.
