用疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗整形手术所致瘢痕的疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of treating scar caused by plastic sur gery with scar relieving pruritic softening cream

目的:观察用疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗整形手术后瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:将120例整形手术后瘢痕患者随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例)。在术后痂皮脱落后,为治疗组患者使用疤痕止痒软化乳膏,为对照组患者使用安慰剂(相同乳膏的基质)。然后比较两组患者瘢痕增生的改善情况及瘢痕瘙痒的改善情况。结果:1)治疗后,治疗组患者瘢痕增生的改善率(95.00%)高于对照组患者瘢痕增生的改善率(36.67%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)治疗后,治疗组患者瘢痕瘙痒症状的改善率(98.33%)高于对照组患者瘢痕瘙痒症状的改善率(73.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用疤痕止痒软化乳膏治疗整形手术后瘢痕可取得较好的临床疗效,能够显著减轻患者瘢痕增生、瘙痒的情况。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating scar after plastic surgery with scar relieving itching and softening cream.Methods:120 patients with scar after plastic surgery were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(60 cases).After postoperative scab shedding,patients in the treatment group were treated with scar relieving itching softening cream and patients in the control group were treated with placebo(the same cream base).Then the improvement of scar hyperplasia and scar pruritus were compared between the two groups.Results:1)After treatment,the improvement rate of scar hyperplasia in the treatment group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(36.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2)After treatment,the improvement rate of pruritus cicatricial symptoms in the treatment group(98.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scar relieving itching and softening cream can achieve good clinical efficacy in treating scar after plastic surgery,and can significantly reduce the situation of scar hyperplasia and pruritus.
