用“柔肝扶脾”法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的价值分析

Analysis of the value of“softening the liver and strengthening the spleen”in the treatment of constipated irritable bowel syndrome

目的:探究使用柔肝扶脾法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的疗效。方法:将60例便秘型肠易激综合征患者随机分为西药组和治疗组(30例/组)。为西药组患者使用乳果糖联合枸橼酸莫沙必利片进行治疗,为治疗组患者使用柔肝扶脾法进行治疗。然后对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者治疗的总有效率高于西药组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者各项临床症状的评分均低于西药组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用柔肝扶脾法治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的效果较好,可显著改善患者的临床症状。

Objective:To explore the effect of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen in the treatment of constipated irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:60 patients with constipated irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into western medicine group and treatment group(30 cases/group).The western medicine group was treated with lactulose combined with Mosapride citrate tablets,and the treatment group was treated with liver-softening and spleen-strengthening method.Then the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of clinical symptoms in the treatment group were lower than thos e in the western medicine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome with the method of softening the liver and strengthening the spleen has a good effect,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
