Discussion on Surveying and Geographic Information Public Services from the Perspective of Services for Persons with Disabilities

我国拥有规模庞大的残疾人群体,其在无障碍出行方面对测绘地理信息公共服务有着迫切的需求。测绘地理信息公共服务作为测绘行政主管部门的一项重要职责,能够为广大残疾人群体的出行提供便利。本文从公共服务的内涵着手,分析了测绘地理信息为残疾人提供公共服务的意义,总结了测绘地理信息为残疾人提供公共服务的现状与存在的问题,探讨了残疾人对测绘地理信息公共服务的需求,为测绘地理信息公共服务如何进一步服务于残疾人无障碍出行提出相关对策与措施建议。

China has a large group of persons with disabilities,who have an urgent need for public services of surveying and mapping geographic information in terms of accessibility.As an important responsibility of the surveying and mapping administrative authorities,the public service of surveying and mapping geographic information can provide the majority of the groups of persons with disabilities with access to travel.Beginning with the meaning of public service,it analyzes the significance of surveying and geographic information in providing public services to people with disabilities,summarizes the meaning of mapping and geographic information,the current status and problems of public services for people with disabilities,discusses the needs of people with disabilities for public services in mapping and geographic information,and provides an overview of surveying and geographic information.It provides countermeasures and measures for geographic information public services to further serve the accessibility of persons with disabilities.
