摘要
以工业级ZSM-5分子筛为原料,通过碱处理制备具有不同孔径结构的多级孔ZSM-5分子筛。通过X射线衍射、氮气物理吸附等表征手段证明通过碱处理制备的ZSM-5均具有MFI拓扑结构且结晶良好且具有丰富的介孔。以降解亚甲基蓝(MB)为探针分子进行反应评价。考察了吸附剂、吸附时间、催化剂添加量等因素对分子筛的影响。实验结果表明:通过碱处理制备的多级孔ZSM-5分子筛明显提高了亚甲基蓝的降解率,在最优条件下亚甲基蓝降解率可达到97.21%。
Multi-level porous ZSM-5 zeolites with different pore structures were prepared from industrial ZSM-5 zeolites by alkali treatment.The characterization results of X-ray diffraction,nitrogen physical adsorption and other methods showed that ZSM-5 prepared by alkali treatment had MFI topology,good crystallization and rich mesoporous.The degradation of methylene blue was used as the probe molecule for reaction evaluation.The effects of adsorbent,adsorption time and catalyst dosage on the molecular sieve were investigated.The experimental results showed that the multi-level porous ZSM-5 molecular sieve prepared by alkali treatment significantly improved the degradation rate of methylene blue,and the degradation rate of methylene blue reached 97.21%under the optimal conditions.
