摘要
以二乙胺为模板剂合成SAPO-34分子筛,研究了Cu含量对Cu-SAPO-34分子筛催化性能的影响,结合XRD、BET等表征手段对催化样品的理化特性进行了分析。0.15 mol·L^(-1)Cu改性的催化剂结晶度高,具有较大的比表面积和微孔孔容,展现出最高的SCR活性,在187~442℃NO_(x)转化率高于90%。
SAPO-34 molecular sieve was synthesized with diethylamine as template.The effect of Cu content on the catalytic performance of Cu-SAPO-34 molecular sieve was studied.The physical and chemical properties of the catalytic samples were analyzed by XRD and BET.0.15 mol·L^(-1) Cu modified catalyst had high crystallinity,large specific surface area and micropore volume,showed the highest SCR activity,and the NO_(x) conversion rate was higher than 90% at 187~442℃.
