摘要
在大型的化工产业链中,空分装置是产业链的源头,所提供的各种气体产品遍布于后续装置,而产品的外送系统与控制系统稍有故障,便会影响后续装置的运行,甚至出现整条产业链跳车的现象,如何保证产品的正常外送是生产装置运行的重中之重。对空分装置低压氧气外送及控制系统的优化改造进行了简单的分析与总结。
In the large-scale chemical industry chain,the air separation unit is the source of the industry chain,and all kinds of gas products provided are distributed in the follow-up units.The slight failure of the product delivery system and control system will affect the operation of the follow-up units,and even the tripping of the whole industry chain.How to ensure the normal delivery of products is the top priority of the operation of the production units.In this paper,the optimization transformation of low-pressure oxygen delivery and control system of air separation unit were briefly analyzed and summarized.
