摘要
重点介绍了常用上装鹤管的密封形式及各自形式优缺点,结合原油装车的特点,以气囊式鹤管密封装置在某原油装车过程中的应用为例,通过对比分析改造前后罐车口的泄漏数据、治理设施进出口非甲烷总烃浓度、VOCs减排量数据,说明了气囊式鹤管密封装置能够达到良好的密封效果,极大改善现场作业环境,并为后端的VOCs治理装置提供了保障,同时也提出了一些改进和使用维护建议。
Several common seal forms of top-loading arm were introduced as well as their advantages and disadvantages.Combined the characteristics of crude oil loading,taking the applications of bladder-type sealed loading arm device in the process of crude oil loading as a case,the leakage data of tank vehicle outlet before and after the transformation were compared and analyzed,as well as the concentration of non-methane hydrocarbon at treatment facilities inlet and outlet,emission reduction data of volatile organic compounds(VOCs).The results illustrated that the bladder-type sealed loading arm device had more reliable sealing and improved the operation environment,providing a guarantee for the back-end VOCs treatment units.Finally,some improvement and maintenance suggestions for top-loading arm development were put forward.
