摘要
从海上油田水处理系统气浮选器原理和结构出发,分析了气浮选器的运行现状和气浮装置的缺点,利用了气泡粒径对除油效率的影响,优化了浮选器的气泡发生装置,同时加以内部结构改造,成功在现场应用。气浮选器升级改造后,处理后水质提升50%,改善明显,同时降低了水质达标成本,对其他油田设施污水处理系统的提质增效具有指导意义。
Starting from the principle and structure of air flotation separator in offshore oilfield water treatment system,the operation status of air flotation separator and the shortcomings of air flotation device were analyzed.Making use of the influence of bubble particle size on oil removal efficiency,the bubble generator of flotation device was optimized,and internal structure transformation was carried out,which was successfully applied in field.After the upgrading of the air flotation separator,the treated water quality was improved by 50%,and the cost of meeting the water quality standard was reduced.The paper has guiding significance for improving the quality and efficiency of the sewage treatment system of other oilfield facilities.
