摘要
利用专业井控模拟分析软件,对影响井底温度及关井压力的关键因素进行了模拟分析。通过研究发现:钻井液入口温度、钻井液循环排量、钻井液的热力学性能、地层温度等对井底温度及关井压力有较大的影响。因此,准确掌握各敏感因素的影响规律、做好现场各参数的监测和记录、开展井控模拟工作,对于有效识别钻井过程中真假溢流工况、降低井控作业风险、保障钻井作业安全有着重要的作用。
The key factors affecting bottom hole temperature and wellhead pressure were simulated and analyzed by using professional well control simulation analysis software.The results showed that the temperature at the inlet of drilling fluid,pump rate,the thermophysical parameters of the drilling fluid and the formation temperature had a great influence on bottom hole temperature and shut-in pressure.Therefore,it plays an important role in effectively identifying the true and false kick conditions in the drilling process,reducing the risk of well control operation and ensuring the safety of drilling operation by accurately mastering the influence law of each sensitive factor,monitoring and recording the field parameters,and carrying out well control simulation.
