气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品中五氯苯酚残留量的影响因素探讨

Discussion on Influencing Factors of Determination of PCP in Textiles by GC-MS

采用气相色谱-质谱法测定纺织品中五氯苯酚的残留质量分数,分析了测定过程中的不确定度来源,并评定各个不确定度分量,以找到影响五氯苯酚质量分数测定的主要因素。结果表明:重复性测量和色谱峰面积测量对测定五氯苯酚质量分数的影响最大,探讨在日常操作中应如何对这两项加以控制,并提供了一些可行性的建议。

PCP mass fraction in textiles was determined by GC-MS,the sources for the uncertainty were analyzed and the uncertainty components were evaluated,to find out the important influencing factors of determination of PCP in textiles.The results showed that the test repeatability and the chromatographic peak area measurement were the main influence factors in this test.At last,how to effectively control them in daily operations was discussed,and some feasible suggestions were put forward.
