舒筋热奄包治疗气血瘀滞型肩周炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shujin Hot Bag in Treating Periarthritis of Shoulder with Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis

目的:观察舒筋热奄包治疗气血瘀滞型肩周炎的临床效果。方法:选取2020年11月-2021年11月在福州市中医院进行治疗的气血瘀滞型肩周炎患者150例,按随机数字表法随机分为热奄包组、熏蒸对照组和热敷对照组,各50例。热奄包组予舒筋热奄包热敷,熏蒸对照组予舒筋热奄包熏蒸,热敷对照组予热奄包热敷,三组均治疗14 d。比较各组治疗前及治疗7、14 d后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及Constant-murley评分。结果:三组治疗前VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7、14 d后,热奄包组VAS评分低于熏蒸对照组、热敷对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组治疗前Constant-murley评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7、14 d后,热奄包组Constant-murley评分低于熏蒸对照组、热敷对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋热奄包热敷治疗气血瘀滞型肩周炎的效果确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shujin hot bag in treating periarthritis of shoulder with Qi stagnation and blood sasis.Method:A total of 150 patients with Qi stagnation and blood stasis periarthritis of shoulder treated in Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into hot bag group,fumigation control group and hot compress control group according to randomized digital table,50 cases in each group.Hot bag group was given Shujin hot bag for hot compress,fumigation control group was given Shujin hot bag original fumigation,and hot compress control group was given hot bag for hot compress.All three groups were treated for 14 days.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score and Constant-murley score were compared before and after 7 and 14 days of treatment in each group.Result:There was no significant difference in VAS scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the VAS score of hot bag group was lower than that of fumigation control group and hot compress control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Constant-murley scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 7 and 14 days of treatment,the hot bag group was lower than that of the fumigation control groups and hot compress control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Shujin hot bag in treating periarthritis of shoulder with Qi stagnation and blood stasis is more accurate,which is worthy of clinical application.
