HPV感染亚型和病毒负荷载量与阴道癌患者临床分期及病理类型的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of HPV Infection Subtypes and Viral Load with Clinical Stage and Pathological Type of Patients with Vaginal Cancer

目的:研究HPV感染亚型和病毒负荷载量与阴道癌临床分期及病理类型的相关性。方法:选取2017年1月-2021年6月江南大学附属医院收治的100例阴道癌患者,行HPV分型和病毒负荷载量检测,比较不同HPV类型和不同病毒负荷载量患者的临床分期、病理类型、病灶位置及年龄,并进行相关性分析。结果:100例患者中有80例患者经检测感染了HPV。80例患者根据HPV类型和病毒载量进行分组,分别分为低危组(21例)和高危组(59例),低载组(28例)和高载组(52例)。低危组和高危组病灶位置、病理类型和年龄比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但两组临床分期比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。低载组和高载组病灶位置和年龄比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组病理类型、临床分期比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用Spearman相关性分析结果显示,HPV亚型与临床分期呈正相关(P<0.05);病毒载量与病理类型、临床分期呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:阴道癌HPV感染亚型、HPV病毒负荷载量与阴道癌的临床分期存在相关性,病毒载量与病理类型呈正相关。

Objective:To study the correlation of HPV infection subtypes and viral load with clinical stage and pathological type of vaginal cancer.Method:A total of 100 patients with vaginal cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2017 to June 2021 were selected and tested for HPV typing and viral load.The clinical stage,pathological type,lesion location and age of patients with different HPV types and different viral loads were compared,and correlation analysis was conducted.Result:HPV was detected in 80 of 100 patients.The 80 patients were grouped according to HPV type and viral load,and divided into low-risk group(21 cases)and high-risk group(59 cases),low-load group(28 cases)and high-load group(52 cases),respectively.There were no significant differences in lesion location,pathological type and age between the low-risk group and the high-risk group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in clinical stage between two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in lesion location and age between the low-load group and the high-load group(P>0.05),but there were significant differences in pathological type and clinical stage between two groups(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that HPV subtype was positively correlated with clinical stage(P<0.05).Viral load was positively correlated with pathological type and clinical stage(P<0.05).Conclusion:HPV infection subtype and HPV viral load of vaginal cancer are correlated with clinical stage of vaginal cancer,viral load is positively correlated with pathological type.
