阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停与血常规指标的相关性研究

Study on the Correlation between Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Blood Routine Indexes

目的:探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(obstructive sleep apnea,OSA)与血常规指标的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月-2020年12月在武警第二机动总队医院进行睡眠监测的251例患者临床资料。根据睡眠监测报告呼吸暂停低通气指数(apnea hypopnea index,AHI)及最低血氧饱和度(LSpO_(2))分为对照组(55例)、轻度OSA组(68例)、中度OSA组(60例)及重度OSA组(68例)。收集所有患者的性别、年龄、身高、体重一般资料及血常规指标。比较四组一般资料及血常规指标,使用Pearson分析AHI与血常规指标的相关性。结果:四组白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞(NEU)、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)、红细胞分布宽度(red blood cell distribution width,RDW)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示WBC、NEU、NLR及RDW与AHI呈显著正相关(r=0.218、0.349、0.723、0.451,P<0.05)。结论:NLR及RDW可用于临床OSA的病情严重程度评估。

Objective:To investigate the correlation between obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)and blood routine indexes.Method:The clinical data of 251 patients who underwent sleep monitoring in the Second Mobile Corps Hospital of Chinese People’s Armed Police Force from January 2017 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to sleep monitoring report apnea hypopnea index(AHI)and lowest blood oxygen saturation(LSpO_(2)),the patients were divided into the control group(55 cases),the mild OSA group(68 cases),the moderate OSA group(60 cases)and the severe OSA group(68 cases).The general data of sex,age,height,weight and blood routine indexes of all patients were collected.The general data and blood routine indexes of the four groups were compared,and the correlation between AHI and blood routine indexes was analyzed by Pearson.Result:The differences of white blood cell(WBC),neutrophil(NEU),neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR),red blood cell distribution width(RDW)in the four groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that WBC,NEU,NLR and RDW were significantly positively correlated with AHI(r=0.218,0.349,0.723,0.451,P<0.05).Conclusion:NLR and RDW can be used to evaluate the severity of OSA in clinic.
