法舒地尔联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓患者的效果

Effect of Fasudil Combined with Ozagrel Sodium in Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的:探究法舒地尔联合奥扎格雷钠对脑血栓患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2019年5月-2021年5月丰县中医医院接诊的脑血栓患者146例,将患者随机分为奥扎格雷钠组和联合用药组,各73例。奥扎格雷钠组采用奥扎格雷钠进行治疗,联合用药组在其基础上增加法舒地尔治疗。观察两组患者美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)、日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)量表评分,血液流变学、凝血功能指标,血脂水平,治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后联合用药组NIHSS评分低于奥扎格雷钠组,ADL量表评分高于奥扎格雷钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合用药组血液流变学指标低于奥扎格雷钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合用药组D-二聚体(D-D)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平低于奥扎格雷钠组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平高于奥扎格雷钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后联合用药组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平高于奥扎格雷钠组,总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平低于奥扎格雷钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组治疗总有效率高于奥扎格雷钠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合用药组的不良反应发生率高于奥扎格雷钠组,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:法舒地尔联合奥扎格雷钠治疗脑血栓,可有效缓解患者临床症状,降低患者血脂水平,改善血液流变学、凝血功能指标,效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of Fasudil combined with Ozagrel Sodium on cerebral thrombosis patients.Method:A total of 146 patients with cerebral thrombosis who were admitted to Feng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were randomly divided into Ozagrel Sodium group and combined drug group,with 73 cases in each group.The Ozagrel Sodium group was treated with Ozagrel Sodium,and the combination group was added with Fasudil treatment.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS),activity of daily living(ADL)scale scores,hemorheology,coagulation function indexes,blood lipid levels,treatment effects and adverse reactions between the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,the score of the NIHSS of the combined drug group was lower than that of the Ozagrel Sodium group,and the score of the ADL scale was higher than that of the Ozagrel Sodium group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological parameters of the combined drug group were lower than those of the Ozagrel Sodium group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of D-dimer(D-D)and fibrinogen(FIB)were lower than Ozagrel Sodium group,and prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT)levels were higher than Ozagrel Sodium group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level of the combined drug group was higher than that of the Ozagrel Sodium group,and the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower than those of the Ozagrel Sodium group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined drug group was higher than that of the Ozagrel Sodium group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was higher than in the Ozagrel Sodium group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fasudil combined with Ozagrel Sodium in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce blood lipid levels of patients,improve blood rheology and coagulation function indicators,with significant effects.
